APIlity 1.13.0 Preview Version released

I am happy to release the preview version of APIlity 1.13.0. The code should be final, as should be the docs. The only thing missing is a clean write-up of the Changelog. I will deliver the final version on Monday, November 24 (fingers crossed). If you don't want to wait, have fun with the preview version of APIlity 1.13.0 available from Google Code.

Please let me know in case of any bugs, and sorry again for the long time this release took.
